This is a really helpful combination of herbs that we have found to be invaluable in supporting a gentle but deep cleanse. You may wish to simplify your diet whilst taking these herbs. Avoiding sugar, processed foods, fried foods, alcohol and caffeine can really support the cleansing process. Foods to enjoy include salads, vegetables, pulses, rice, fish and chicken. Maybe imagine what our ancestors might have eaten a few thousand years ago and you will begin to feel what your body has evolved to enjoy. It is also important to tune into what feels good to your body and which foods your body reacts to negatively. This can sometimes be a little confusing so If you need support with this, see below.
If you need further support or advice, or feel you would benefit from an individually blended herbal tincture we offer individual consultations, either in person or online. Please visit www.the-herbal-clinic.co.uk for more details
Directions for use

Our ingredients and why we chose them
- Taraxacum officinalis* - Dandelion (root and leaf) is a wonderful cleansing herb that also, through its bitter properties, supports the digestion and bowel. The root helps encourage healthy liver function and the leaf supports kidney fuction with its gentle diuretic action.
- Urtica dioica * - Nettle is a herb renowned as a blood cleanser (alterative). It is also known to reduce uric acid levels and is often used by herbalists to treat many conditions where the root cause is a build up of toxins in the body. This can include skin problems and joint inflammation.
- Galium aparine* - Cleavers appears early in spring and is often used as part of a spring cleanse. It is known to have particular relevance to supporting the functioning of the lymphatic system.
- Ethanol - A herbal tincture contains ethanol. It is used as a highly effective means to extract the medicinal chemicals from the fresh plants and also preserves the remedy for several years.
- Water *denotes certified organic or sustainably gathered from the wild
