Our muscle and joint cream contains a warming blend of herbal extracts traditionally used to help ease pain, stiffness and  inflammation in the  joints and  muscles. The cream base is  simple, vegan and organic.  We have found that the cream benefits people with arthritis, rheumatism , sprains, bruising and general stiffness in the joints.
 
Directions for use: Massage into affected areas 2- 3 times daily. N.B. As the cream contains capsicum it is important to avoid the eyes and to wash the hands after applying.
