We are committed to providing you with products that are prepared to the highest standard. However we also understand that occasionally problems can arise and we will do our very best to resolve these.

For health and safety reasons, once a product is opened we are unable to replace it unless there is a fault , or it is damaged.

 

If your product arrives damaged or broken, please e mail us a photo and we will happily replace it for you.
